Panopreter Plus
Panopreter Plus reads text file, rft file, pdf file, web page and word document, and converts such files to wav and mp3 audio files, so that you can hear the reading with a mp3 player later. It also includes Panopreter toolbar which reads web page opened with Internet Explorer, and converts the text to wav or mp3 audio file.
